關於交收事宜：
． 因貨品數量有限，先到者先得。
． 只接受到店取貨，貨品只會由我們回覆當日起預留 3日。
需要我們保留更長時間者要先付50%按金，餘額在交收當日繳付，但最長亦只會保留7日。
． 非本地買家需要自承一切可能因郵遞而引致損失的風險。
． 未能提供清晰聯絡資料的買家，本網站不會為此預留商品及有權取消該項交易。

訂貨和付款形式：
． 接受現金, VISA CARD, MASTER CARD 或 易辦事付款。
． 需要我們預留貨品多於 3日的買家，請將款項直接存入或轉賬到本網站指定的銀行戶口， 然後將轉賬收據傳真或電郵給我們，確認收妥款項後，即會保留貨品。留貨所付之按金將不獲退還。
． 海外客戶接受以下付款方法: Paypal, Western Union Money Transfer, 銀行轉賬。
． 所有海外客戶的訂購需付加郵費及手續費, 郵費及手續費視乎買家所訂購的貨品和目的地而作定。
 
代購貨品：
． 請將代購貨品的資料電郵至以上郵址，我們會以電郵的方式回覆買家的訂購，買家必需先付按金後， 我們才會代購指定商品；貨品到港後我們會儘快聯絡買家商討有關交收貨品事宜。如代購之貨品缺貨，我們會盡快退還買家之訂金。
． 代購指定貨品的買家必須要先付50%按金後，本網站才會代購指定商品。
． 如代購之貨品缺貨，我們會盡快退還買家之訂金。

． This website is not the Country of Origin manufacturer's official website, therefore, we will not provide any warranty or maintenance for the products sold through this website.
． Certificate of Origin is attached all Head Porter products sold through this website / our shop, it is certifying that the products are authentic and 100% New.
   
． Original official receipts are not provided for any products sold through this website.
． The photographs of the products in this website are only for reference.
． All payment should be made in Hong Kong Dollars for Local Buyers (within Hong Kong).
． Overseas order is welcome. All payment should be made in USD.
． All products sold through this website, exchange or returns for refund are not applicable.
． This website reserves the rights to change the price of the products and any other information without prior notice.
   
Delivery :
． Products are sold on first come first served basis.
． Goods collected are only available in our shop (STOUT) located in Causeway Bay. Goods reserved only for three days after our confirmation. More than 3 days, 50% deposit is required but not more than one week.
． Overseas Buyers should take all risks and responsiblities in mail delivery.
． If we are unable to contact The Buyers, we will not reserve the captioned products and have the rights to cancel the order.

   
Order & Payment :
． Cash, Visa, Master Card and EPS are acceptable.
． 50% deposit is necessary for goods reserved more than 3 days. After bank in deposit, please kindly send us the Bank Deposit Slip by e-mail or fax. We have only reserved one week after bank confirmation. Goods collected are only available in our shop (STOUT). No refund for all deposit.

． For Overseas order, we accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Western Union Money Transfer, Bank in to HSBC.
． All Overseas Buyers should pay Shipping and Handling charges which based on item order and destination.
   
Intend Order:
． If you would like to make a purchase on your behalf, please send us the details of the products through e-mail. After our confirmation, The Buyer must pay in advance. Then, we can proceed to make your order on your behalf.
When the products arrived, we will contact The Buyer to inform the delivery details. If the captioned products are in shortage or stop production, we will return the captioned deposit to The Buyer immediately.
． We will only make a purchase on your behalf upon received of a 50% deposit.
